"I have been calling for 3 days. I left a message 2 days ago, text the number for business yesterday at the end of the day to give them time, and then called and left another voicemail today late afternoon. It's regarding my policy with no call back. I have been a client for 10+ years. This is unacceptable when it comes to a small insurance office."

"Polite interaction on the phone after few emails but mostly email interaction to go off of which is why I didn’t bump up to 2 stars. Was directed to have 4 point inspection and wind mitigation to verify hurricane impact windows and doors. Completed this and when given a quote, I was told we didn’t qualify for Citizens Insurance because we didn’t meet qualifying criteria of less than 20% of current policy of $8003 for Part A & B only and quoted $8114 for A-B D-F mold etc. I noticed there was no application of Windstorm discount on quote…. We were told to try to get insurance elsewhere. No response to my follow up question for over 2 weeks. Then Called Kin Insurance and when they ran first quote was ~$7800, then when agent saw I had wind mitigation inspection already performed (thanks to this office) my policy quote dropped to $4100 for very similar policy. This sounded way more accurate for the level of work done on home. I think someone dropped the ball big time or really wasn’t interested in helping get a policy with Citizens by omitting Wind Mitigation info. Glad I eventually got the help I needed elsewhere."

"The office is seldom available, not responsive, Etc. I tried for a couple of weeks to get quotes. Ridiculous. One woman says she'll have quotes ready, so I email her back, get an out of office reply with someone else's name to contact. I contact her, and she says that she'll have the other lady call me. Seriously?! How about assisting the customer with information. Very bad office."
